An 1850's stone built farmhouse. 2 storey, 11' ceilings. There are 4 parts to the work. Pointing on the gable end where wall and roof meet - north face Broken and missing roof slate where roof meets capping - west face Slipped (possibly broken) skylight tile - south face Seven or eight missing tiles on outbuilding - some localised repair to rafter(s) due to wetrot where the 4 tiles require replacement

After bad experience with another roofer I decided to use rated people to find a reliable workman. When I met Scott initially he gave me every confidence that the leaking roof would no longer be a problem and he would always call back if the leak was not fixed and that the job carried a 10 year guarantee.The roof still leaks, he has been out once back in Dec but now he hides behind answerphone and ignores my text.It is stressful every time it rains He says the right things but his actionsdont reflect words.

Attached Garage sloping roof extends about three foot past rest of house. A conservatory is in place to the left of the garage (Looking from the front). During periods of rain blowing across the house, water finds its way into the conservatory by dripping down walls and also causing a largish damp patch in the platerboard ceiling of the garage in that corner. I believe the issue is that the felt underneath the small tiled sloping garage roof needs replacing.
The attended site on time, accuratley detailed the work and provided a fixed quote. A date/time was agreed for the work . On that day they informed me in advance that they would be an hour late in arriving on-site, rather than leave me wondering. They carried out agreed works which have hopefully overcome the leak, though until it rains strongly with specific prevailing winds we won't know for sure. In summary they did what was agreed, for the agreed price at the agreed time, leaving the site clean

Water has been leaking into house through air vents. Approximately 15m of Guttering needs replacing. Down pipe is fine. 1 small return. We have already bought all Guttering and brackets but builder has let us down!
