Budget Under £500

Job Have noticed a brown patch on my bedroom ceiling. Looks as though my roof is leaking. Need to get it fixed asap before it gets worse.

Budget Under £500

Job Roof is leaking badly - 5 or six spots underneath dormer room. I think it is coming in through the flashing but i haven't been able to fix it myself. We are waiting on planning permission to get the entire roof and rotting dormers done (the building is class 2 listed so it's complicated!) so just need the immediate roof repair to keep the water out until it's approved. The roof is concrete pan tiles The house is early 19th century with more recent alterations.

Comment Mended a bad leak in our kitchen and when the work he did didn't quite stop the leak he came back at short notice to secure the leak. He also phoned us after this to check whether the roof was sound. Top bloke. David

Job Re tile a detached bungalow with a pitched roof. Each side of roof is 8m by 4.5m. Preferabley using Decra or Tileform roofing system.

Comment Excellent workmen who undertook a new type of roofing project, not attempted by them before, and carried it out very efficiently. They took the minimum of time to carry out the work, but which was done to a high standard. I would highly recommend them as reliable and efficient. alan
