I was initially very concerned about employing the right person to carry out a job which cannot be seen without climbing onto my roof (something I will not do). As soon as Mr McLauglin made contact and promptly visited me for an estimate, I was soon put at ease. His no nosense approach was very refreshing and at a reasonable price. My retired neighbour allowed him access to make the repairs to my roof and he was very hard to impress. My final comments are; highly reccomended and very professional, thank you

Roof leaks. A patch of roof needs stripping, re- felting and concrete tiles replacing approximately 4 metres square.
Gary Arter was very quick in responding to my leaking roof and carried out a thorough inspection. He found the problem a repaired my roof to an excellent standard which has cured the problem. I will not hesitate to use Gary again and recommend to others.

A high, long gutter at the front of my house is sagging at one point. This is resulting in overflow at times of heavy rain which is causing water to come straight down the front of the house and under the front door> This has happened several times in the last two or three weeks. The gutter has been cleaned out which has made a small difference.The flow of water down the gutter seems to be very sluggish so there could be a problem with the downpipe.
Jake was prompt and professional - and had a wide knowledge so quickly provided a workable solution to a difficult problem. I would happily recommend him to others

Very prompt service and polite tradesman. The only reason we haven't given 5 stars is because we didn't get any other quotes but the price seemed reasonable. We assume the work is good quality - time will tell!

I have a leaking guttering joint across the back of the house, but access to it is difficult due to a conservatory. When it rains, the leak drips directly onto the conservatory roof.

Will the builder from Holbeach Brickwork Solutions has done a fantastic job on my chimney, i thought it only need pointing, but Will showed me some close up photos of the chimney and advised me to have it rebuilt,i did not hesitate to say yes, i would definitely use Holbeach Brickwork Solutions again, in fact i have asked Will to replace some bricks on my gable end,

Old 1815 house has had an ivy plant that grew out of control. Ivy removed from most of the house but some remains on the 2 chimney stacks. Remove remaining dead ivy. 1 of the stacks is not used but i would like 2 pots put on for cosmetic reasons, fit and repoint. The stack that is used needs the pots removed and refitted/repointed. There is also an old ariel on this stack that needs removal. I would also like the roof gutters checked.
