I have a 1950's bungalow and want a1400mm x800mm velux to be installed in roof above bathroom. Bathroom is on rear of Apex roof. But external access can only be gained by working on flat roof Original bathroom Ceiling will have to be cut back to allow maximum light. will need to bridge loft area. Ceiling will need plastering/skimming since original is artex. In bathroom we already have moisture activated ventalation system installed.

I have a flat roof roughly 6m x 2.5m. It presently has an epdm rubber membrane covering it which is at end of life. I have purchased 6MM plywood to provide a base for the glass fibre and Resin plus white flow coat. Can you possibly finish this roof off for me please?
Unfortinately not interested in doing the job so cannot rate the above.

There appears to be a leak in my roof which has started to leak through my back bedroom ceiling. There does not appear to be any missing tiles from my roof. The leak is at the back of my house, which is a two storey mid terrace.
responded quickly to job, and quoted same day. Completed a thorough site survey, kept me informed of what they found and provided a breakdown of the work required with the quote the next day. Had the work carried out a couple of days later, work was completed quickly and without fuss. Very friendly, knowledgable guys and would be happy to recommend them to others and would be more than happy to use them again myself!

The roof is just one element of what we need. I am looking for competitive quotes for various external works that we need done at my Mother's cottage. The ones that I'd like looked at right away include repairs to the slate roof, (there are several broken tiles), repointing of all external brickwork including chimneys and some exterior painting. In the garden, we need a very old garage removed and replaced with a shed that has double doors, a floor strong enough to hold a mobility scooter and big enough to house the scooter, plus a freezer, etc. We need a panel fence renewed and a gate installed. We'd also like the pathway around the house renewed. These things are just the beginning so I would appreciate any input that you can give. I am the one co-ordinating things so I would need everyone to come back to me with quotes and any questions, etc. I can supply photographs of everything if needed.

We have nail fatigue on our roof so the whole thing needs bringing up and re-nailing. The slate that is on there should be re-useable though. The area of the building where the roof needs fixing is around 8.6m x 3.7m on a 3 storied terraced house. The roof is pitched.
