I'm not sure
scaffolding is needed with a mortar mix for the pointing
After just two years the mortar has all come out of my ridge tiles, they were supposed to have been re-mortared. I've just had to have the roof redone again because all the new mortar fell out. Instead of removing the old mortar, it was just patched up. Bad job.

all of the cement needs replacing
Great communication and friendly service. Excellent price and the quality of the work is outstanding. I will certainly be contacting Robin again if I need any more roofing work done. Also they cleaned up after the job was finished and took all of the old mortar away with them. Thanks again, Robin, great job!

Single storey kitchen extension leaks water when it rains heavily and the wind is blowing towards the building. It appears water runs down the wall, through the flashing and into the kitchen. I believe the flashing needs re-doing as does the flashing to one chimney.

I have noticed a small damp patch on the internal garage ceiling at the front/side of the garage, below where the pitched garage roof abutts the brick side-wall of the house. I suspect there is an ingress of rainwater in the vicinity of the lead flashing that covers the course of roof tiles and adjoins into the brick house side-wall.
