"Trevor Lee gave an extremely detailed quote, both initially & when further repairs became necessary. He provided digital photographs of rotted areas, so that I knew exactly what was wrong & where. He took particular care to avoid disturbing my elderly neighbour's Sky reception. He & his colleague Chris were courteous, careful in their approach, & left the site clean & tidy each evening. He re-used the original tiles where he could, & found salvaged tiles to complete the new roof. Despite the discovery of quite serious water damage of which we had been unaware, & which required extra work, & himself being dogged by ill-health at the time, he managed to complete the work only a few days later than his quote. When I alerted him to a couple of small problems we discovered, he arrived promptly to resolve them. I now have a beautiful new roof, & we are completely dry for the first time in a long time. I have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone."
