I paid £60.00 to have all my gutters cleaned on my house. I am happy with the work undertaken, and would not hesitate to use Sean for any other work that I would need doing in the future. It is nice to find somebody that you feel that you can trust.

Updated : No I am not providing the materials. Can you please try again to find someone to check my chimney stack. I have rising damp in my lounge but have also been advised to have the chimney checked in case there is a problem on the top. Original : I have got rising damp around my chimney breast wall but the damp proofing people have me that even though it is rising damp I could do with having chimney checked. It looks to me like there are slates on the top and I am not sure if they have moved so first of all I just need it checking.
I haven't actually had anyone round, they wanted £25 just to have a look so I am still thinking about it

The front bay has a flat roof just below the window of the top (original) loft room. The ceiling below this is water stained. Also both chimneys in the loft leak suggesting that the flashing has failed.
John turned up when he said he would, worked consistently and methodically and only charged slightly more than quoted, even though it took considerably longer than I think he anticipated.The dormer window and bay roofing look great - a much neater job than was done by the previous owners, and John showed me pictures of the repairs he did that i can't see (new wall plate for dormer where the existing one had rotted). All in all very pleased, and already got John coming back to do more work.

Cannot fault the speed of service very reliable and good value. Only 1 issue I had I asked for the invoice to be emailed as I was not there on the day of the repair and so far this has not arrived and I have left 3 messages. I had some further work that needed completing but I won't be using them now due to this.
