"This company runs a very tight ship. They are friendly, efficient, well organised, prompt and skilled at what they do, all at a very reasonable price. Their customer service throughout was excellent, from explaining what the job required, simply but not patronisingly, bringing me samples of roof tiles so I could make an informed decision on colour and style, and keeping me informed every step of the way either by phone or text. The unfortunate unreliability of the first set of subcontracted scaffolders was unforeseen and completely out of their control but they were quick to dismiss that company and organise a second who were prompt and hardworking so that the job could go ahead as arranged. As far as the job was concerned they arrived early as arranged and worked relentlessly throughout the day. They even allowed me up the scaffold to see what they were doing and they will be coming back to replace a piece of downpipe that accidently got crushed by the scaffold. I would wholeheartedly recommend them to family, friends and particularly to women on their own who might worry about being intimidated and overcharged. I have been victim to dodgy workmen in the past but this company have restored my faith that there are decent tradesmen out there. New roof looks great! I couldn’t be happier and I shall calling on them in the near future to do further work. "
