"Like most people who've seen those TV programmes where it all goes wrong I was very nervous about appointing a roofer to do my roof, not sure how the job would turn out or if I'd picked a bunch of dodgy builders... I chose this company, not because of price (of the 3 on Rated they were the most expensive but did come down in price considerably to be only slightly more than the other quotes) but because they came across as professional. From letterheaded quotes (rather than verbal or scribbled quotes) to regular emails, all added to the more professional feel. When the job started the scaffolders were polite and efficient, and the roofers a team were courteous and considerate and very, very hard working. I am very pleased with the end product."
