1m x 3m (approx) portion of roof requires retiling. Area is between 6-7 feet above ground level. Currently covered in what looks like felt tiles so guessing replaced with the like but if better solution available would be interested.
Work was completed quickly and efficiently and to a high standard. Mark is a really nice guy as well and wouldn't hesitate to use again.

Very professional the manor in which abraham made sure that i understood exactly what the problem was before he started work i asked him to check the rest of my roof and he did with no hessitation and to my suprise assured me with photographic evidence that the rest of my roof was fine, very reasonably priced compared to other quotes,very punctual, very tidy ,very professional.highly recommended. I need my gutters cleared. I believe there may be a blockage at the rear of my property in the gutters. When it rains the gutter always overflows. Not a big job. Hopefully just needs a 1 or 2 tradesmen and a ladder. I have a quote from the council but want to see if it could get it cheaper.
Terry was great. He got the gutters cleared within an hour and the problem with overflow has been fixed.

Need someone to give us a quote on a roof of a large Victorian House where there are a number of leaks form the roof around two/three windows. Main roof is accessable form a flat roof on the top floor.
Quote given to us was very fair and competitative with other roofing companies. All the people from the firm were courteous, friendly and hardworking. Excellent time keeping and all the finished work on the roof was photographed and shown to us. Would use the firm again and recommend them to other people.

Existing felted flat roof size approximately 12 sq. mtr needs re-felting including stripping away appropriately. The roof is at second floor level and the edges of the felt need dressing vertically by approximately 150 mm over the existing parapet and underneath the external door frame flashing. Access for materials would be externally by haul line or similar from the adjacent yard. Standard specification is required for the felting. Final coating of which will have to withstand lightweight flag stones.

The property is a Victorian terrace house. This house has a bay window at the front which rises to the roof. The bay window has a flat roof, below the level of the surrounding brickwork. Water drains away via a small water outlet to a shared drainpipe. This is shared with the guttering for the main roof. The problem with this bay window is that a) the small water outlet regularly blocks leading to ponding and eventually internal damp, b) the shared rainpipe collector also blocks. I would be keen to cap the top of this bay window with potentially a zinc roof and regutter the main roof and drainpipe at the front of the house in order to have a new roofing system that is robust and low maintenance going forward.

I have a 7m long box gutter that I believe is ashphalted. It runs along the side return of our terrace house. The gutter does not appear to flow properly when it rains and water pools in a couple of places. After heavy rain the gutter tends to leak through into the inside of the house. I suspect the gutter needs reasphalting and possibly the fall on it altering to help it flow. The gutter is narrow in places, particularly where the tiles overhang, so I suspect it isn't a particularly easy job. Timing: ASAP
