The cement sealing the edge the roof tiles each side of the gulley has fallen out and needs repair. Also part of the wooden board between the brick wall and the facia board has rotted due to starlings nesting in the same place year after year.
C A Roofing was the cheapest of four quotations. I received the quote on friday and the repairs were carried out on the following wednesday. He supplied all the materials required and did a excellent job. Would be happy to recommend this roofer.

I'm not sure
Over the years some slate tiles have fallen off or moved and the tiles need replacing. Am unsure as to the exact extent of repairs required but I am now getting a leak during heavy rain. There is currently a bucket in the loft but this is not acceptable. I do have some slate tiles that can be used and I really need help as soon as possible.

Hi, Im after a Roofer/builder/asbestos specialist to test what appears to be a potential concrete sheets with white asbestos garage roof. If found to be positive the roof needs to be removed, cleaned up and disposed of. I have a 1 year old child so want this done properly with no particles of asbestos to remain at the property. I will then need a suitable new replacement roof for the garage. The roof is approx 7.5m x 1.5m The reason for the repair is due to their being several soft spots of timber that need to be cut our and repaired, which needless to say can not be done without disturbing the roof. I have had a quote of £395 for the timber repair, prior to discovering the potential asbestos, which you can quote for with the above if you can do this as well. I look forward to hearing from you. Due to winds, we have had some slate tiles move on the roof in 2 places - both are now producing leaks into the house. One it at the front of the house which is 2 stories high, the other is at the back of the house which is 3 stories high so large ladders are needed. We have the spare slates for you to use so just need a patch up at this present time. The entire roof may well need to be replaced within the next year or so but due to finance we can't do this at the present time.

Some cracks have appeared on a balcony that is used as awalk way and also the ashphalt has shrunk away from around the down pipe which is causing the room below to get dampi was looking for the cracks to be broken out and top of the down pipe to be sealed the property was built in the seventies Regards Matt
