Overflowing guttering in several places.
Steve turned up on time and appears to have done a good job. I was given a quote over the phone but once-site Steve took photographs and showed me that it was more complicated and gave me a new quote. He's guaranteed part of the work for 10-years and part for 1 year, which is great and I believe that he would return to correct the work if required. He clearly knows what he's doing and I would certainly recommend but I do wonder what price the job would have been had I correctly described it in first place.

Small amount of work needed on a gutter at roof level. Appears that the guttering may have a poor join or perhaps just full of leaves. Not a massive job but looking for someone who knows what they are doing and can come over soon.
The guys were good - responded v quickly to the inquiry, handled all the work without me actualy being there - and happily dealt with both myself and a nbeighbour (both of whom were involved in the job) and kept both of us in the loop via texts etc. Nice and easy - would use again.

Unblocking of gutters at front and rear of 4 storey Victorian terraced property
I employed Simon to clear out some guttering on a 4 story terraced building with access difficulties and thankfully he managed to find an economical solution. The job had to be rearranged a couple of times due to equipment availability, but it wasn't urgent so that wasn't a major problem for me.

There is a small amount of water ingress from the flat roof. This is down to the felt not being flush and the lead flashing overhanging. It is also due to a lack of pointing in that localised area.
Secure Leadwork were extremely courteous and had a quick turnaround in terms of arranging the site inspection and giving a written quotation. They also seemed knowledgeable - all if this certainly made a refreshing difference! I would be happy to use them but that decision is currently down to my freeholders.

I would prefer to have the quote based on inspection however the Stairway is two flights and one storey. I have not measured but would say the main stairs up to the main entrance are 6-8 feet wide while the stairs down are about half this. The building is early last century. Thank you,

I'm not sure
We live in a building from the 1880's on the second floor. We have a small balcony that recently flooded due to the heavy rainstorms leading to damage to our neighbours below. We wanted someone to improve the leading in the balcony and increase the outflow size.
Didn't use them for the work in the end. Advice was very good. A little expensive but I'm sure their work quality would have been very good. Reliability was very poor. Had to chase them constantly for a quote (the chap who came to give me a quote went on holiday without telling anyone else about our job).
