1 hook (out of 4) from the front bow window gutter is loose. it may need replacing may need an extra screw to stay in place. the gutter is in ok conditions, it doesn't really need changing. thanks
Jason got to our home, fixed the problem and at a reasonable price

Repair and paint the fascia or replace it with PVC fascia. It is a two floor building.
Ian was friendly and helpful. He always turned up when he promised. He did a reasonably good job, however there were one or two things that weren't quite done right first time. However he returned quickly and readily to address these issues. I would definately use Ian again because of his friendly and helpful nature.

One connection on the rainwater guttering needs fixing and reattach to the outside wall.
Water coming in to a bedroom - possibly through the roof or wall - needs investigating where is it coming in and then fixing
Steve came out extremely quickly when I had a leaking gutter and water coming in the house. He was very reliable and did a high quality job. He also brought photos around to show me the problem on the roof. thanks Steve great service

We need a roofer to assess condition of roof and make good in 1920s house that we have just bought. We would like to have a loft extension in the next 5-10 years so want to have the roof in good enough condition so we don't need to worry about it leaking until this time when it will be replaced. At the moment it is leaking in a few places and we can see daylight!
