To look at and unblock/ repair the following: 1. A gutter where water flows over the edge, which may require refixing because the gutter falls the wrong way. The gutter is two stories up at the front of the house. 2. A leak to a flat bay window roof at first floor. The roof can be got to from the roof of a ground floor rear extension.
I received a very good service from Thames Valley Roofing in carrying out re roofing and guttering works.

Roof is leaking - looks to me like one or two tiles have slipped.
Communication was good - we agreed an appointment time and they called to let me know they were running late so there was no need for me to wait. It's difficult for me to comment on the quality of the repair since I can't get up to the roof but from photos I've taken, it appears to be what we need. My only concern would be about the price; only one other repairer contacted me, they were less expensive but not available immediately. I would consider using them again.

We currently have scaffolding to the top of the house for the repainting of the exterior so it would be very convenient to investigate and repair this problem while the scaffolding remains in place.

I live in a four story town house in Ealing. I have had years of gutter problems despite the house only being 20 years old. I cant get up to look myself but the gutters were cleaned a year ago and nearby trees cut down to prevent leaves getting in gutters. But in heavy rain (which we seem to get more of these days) the water pours over in two places. I cant see any leaks. I want it cleaned out again also the problem solved once and for all with extensions built up on existing gutter to raise the height which I would hope stop the water coming over the top.
