We have a London inverted gutter roof (butterfly roof) and a flat roof with a small skylight that will need to become a velux window. Both roofs leak and now need completely renewing.
Our quote for the works was £4,350 final bill came in at £6,100. We did have a few things that came up once work started, think final amount was fair. We were assured that the roof was going to be left water tight over a weekend, unfort there was heavy rain and it did leak. There was also a leak once the wing roof (aka butterfly roof) was finished, something was done but we haven't had any decent rain so no telling until then if it is fixed (if possible to accordingly update review, will do so once heavy rain has happened!). I was told guarantees would be posted out, nothing has been received.

i think the whole length of guttering probably needs replacing with a black plastic piece of guttering. length is about 12ft.

I'm not sure
I have a 1st/2nd floor property above a shop. On the 1st floor, there is a patio (to which I have had decking fitted) and the shop below us have told us that there is water leaking from the patio into their premises whenever it rains heavily. I think that the problem may be to do with a SWP enclosure at the end of the patio (which is enclosed with decking) which was not checked properly before the decking was fitted. At this time, I need an assessment of the actual cause and an estimate/quotation of what the work will cost.
I found Ruslan to be reliable, responsive, attentive and he carried out the job to an excellent standard plus he offered advice and options. He was reasonably priced and a pleasure to deal with. I am very satisfied.
