Leaking roof. I suspect a tile has become loose/damaged.
I have used this tradesman twice now and I would recommend him to anyone. He was punctual, tidy and did a fantastic job on my roof and lead flashing around my bay window.

Sorry for the delay in rating this work. I was very impressed with the professionalism which Jimmy and his team showed from the start of our contact through until the work was conpleted. We have had several bad experiences with roofers trying to repair the same problem but felt that Jimmy and his team explained the roof problem clearly and provided much evidence to back up what they were saying. The work was conducted efficiently and quickly despite the weather being horrendous (dec ice and wind). Jimmy gave us detailed quotes and was reliable at every stage of the process. Would thoroughly recommend his work and team.

We have an open flue that needs to be capped to prevent water leaking into our rooms below. 4 storey Victorian house, but there is a 2 storey extension at the back with a flat roof that can be used to place a ladder to reach the chimney. Urgently needs to be done before plaster is damaged.
Excellent service - really quick, reasonable cost. Highly recommend.

I live in a maisonette above a shop - that is first and second floor. The rainwater pipe has come away from the guttering and whenever it rains the water flows down the outside wall. It is now seeping through and I can see the damp in my kitchen. The point where the guttering and rainwater pipe meet has rotted away. I would obviously like it done asap. Thanks
