It's a Victorian house in a conservation area - tiled roof leaking - so appropriate materials should be used
Barry Ryan worked on my roofs for a couple of days and sorted out al the leaks and other problems. He responded quickly to an urgent situation and did a great job. i would definitely recommend him!

We have a basement room underneath a car deck. The car deck is asphalted with no leaking problems. The decking covered balustrade at the edge of the car deck leaks into the room below. it's slight but needs attention. The ballustrade is made of a wooden frame with a waterproof sheet of Tyvek then covered with decking. Probably needs looking at before quoting. In addition we have a long bike shed that needs a waterproof roof. About 4m long and a 1m wide.
Very happy with the work. Nice people to deal with. Job well done.

I'm not sure
The roof is approx. 1.5m x 1.2m, over a raised (6 steps) front door. There is no visually obvious problem (the lead has not been stripped) but a significant amount of water entered during the last heavy rainfall. The ceiling is heavily stained all over and water entered also behind the wallpaper on one side. The lead was relaid approx 10 years ago and looks in good order - possibly a guttering problem? But that looks clear too. I need someone with the expertise to locate the problem and solve it.
The whole process from initial contact, through quotation and completion of the work, was handled professionally and efficiently. It was only a small job but very important to us as it involved water coming through the roof in heavy weather. I could not be more pleased with the outcome.

Whilst on roof we would like the roof checked for its general condition i.e. missing/damaged/dislodged tiles. The roof is the top of a Georgian town house approximately 8m tall.
