We have a leaky roof. The leak appears to follow the line of the lead flashing in the corner of the roof, so I suspect that this is where the problem is.
Joe was very reliable and did a good job. The roof has not leaked since, would recommend.

hello, need a flat roof replaced sited on the 1st floor at rear of property. access can be gained via my property but you will need a 20 ft ladder. materials to be used are 3 x layers of torched on felt over 3/4 inch ply-wood board. upstands to be chased into wall at 150 mm and to be finished in code 4 lead flashing. there absolutely must be minimum 10 year insurance backed warranty in place which will be clarified with the undertakers before work commences.
Ryan Vale and his tem were prompt, polite and very professional. Thanks, Damon Hunter.

We have a problem with an area roof which joins the neighbouring property, water is comming in and running down the walls. We need someone to assess the problem and come up with an effective solution, we have had several attempts made, none has been successful, the builders concerned have either underestimated the problem or misdiagnosed.we would rather repair than replace.

The lead 'flashings' (?) are too short and need replacing/widening as rain is penetrating (when its heavy). There are also some bricks which need replacing on the party wall and places where the cement is crumbling and letting rain in.

The roof is constructed in a manner that incorporates asphalt flat roof sections, with pitched Pan tiles areas and dormers. The problem area relates to the abutment of the rear Pan tiles adjacent to a projecting dividing wall between my neighbour's and my property. The Pan tiles are flashed with a lead cover flashing and rebated into the brickwork of the wall, and pointed with Mortar. Unfortunately the cover flashing appears not to be of sufficient width (coverage) to be dressed onto the Pan tile, profile. Therefore the area is vulnerable to driving rain. In addition to this, there are a small number of perished bricks that would benefit from replacement. Mortar flaunching to the corbelled brick course through the length of the dividing wall is cracking and would benefit from removal and re-pointing.

We would like some quotes on the cost of fixing the rook leaks. There could be some loose tiles but the last 'fix' that was done before we moved in seems to be a botched job. It is the topfloor of a 2 storey victorian house.

Flat roof on back extension - bathroom. Came up in survey. Room is freezing - there's no insulation and we're re-doing the room, so the roof needs replacing. Skylight is above hallway as you enter. Acess only from the roof. Very old needs replacing as is causing condensation and is completely battered.
