I have an extended kitchen and due to the heavy rains, noticed water patch marks on the ceiling. I was told that the felt will need to replaced. The ceiling is now damp and if not fixed quickly will damage the kitchen ceiling.
Michael came by and he explained the necessary work very clearly and where possible showed me a picture of the problem on his phone. Price very reasonable.
Only now rating this work as I have been waiting for the rain. So far, no more leaks.

There is a small damp patch on my ceiling so think tile has come lose with all the rain we have had. Have had previous bad experiences with roofers and want someone honest and reliable who will only do the work that is required at a reasonable rate. Thanks

We recently had a replacement felt roof put onto a flat roof in our house. There are now signs of damp in the bedroom underneith this roof. We would like someone to look at this to see what the problem is.

Unsold Job, Updated Details : This is a repair. I have no idea of the scale of the job or the budget needed for fixing. I suspect there may be an issue with where the roof meets the wall of the property but I am unable to access the roof myself to provide more details. There will clear be some internal repairs as well as the roof repair. Original : I have a leak through the roof to the ceiling in the second bedroom of my terraced house. I do not know what is causing the leak but I am certain it is coming through the roof.
Part of the ceiling has started to fall away and there is now water visible on the internal walls during heavy rain.

Updated : The damp has damaged the internal wall to about half a square metre. At one point water was trickling down the internal wall. I need someone to inspect what is wrong and repair urgently. I don't know how to allocate a budget when I don't fully understand what the problem is with the roof Original : I have a leak into the second bedroom of my house at the corner juncture between the wall and the ceiling. I suspect it may be coming from the guttering/bottom of the roof.
