Leaking in spare room. Longstanding problem. Water coming through top of inside wall near window when it rains. Possible leaking flashing around skylight from the floor above(also the same property.) Have had 4 roofers unable to locate the problem.

Leaky roof on terraced townhouse, appear to coming from the the shared wall area. We are looking for a quote to fix it.
We had quotes from 4 people in the end. T.Davies (Tony) gave us the best breakdown of work to be carried out with two options for repair. Tony's estimate was also one of the lowest of the 4, and he guaranteed the work. He arrived on time, didn't make a mess and was very friendly. I would certainly be happy to recommend him to friends and family. Our roof hasn't leaked since.

Removing and disposing of old decking from two small roof terraces/balconies, each 3-4m2. Laying new decking in it's place. Fixing drainage on one of the balconies.
Kris and his colleague have been truly fantastic. Punctual, reliable, trustworthy, friendly and courteous, great attention to detail, quality work, clean and tidy etc. We were so happy with the work that they carried out on our roof terraces and toilet, that we asked them to refurbish our sash windows and redo our fireplaces for us. We have been very impressed with the level of the quote and the standard of work which has been carried out, which has been on time and to budget. They took great care of protecting our carpets and furniture and making sure that everything was left clean and tidy at the end of each day. Kris’s advice and suggestions were very welcome and I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone (in fact we already have; to our neighbours). We will certainly be calling on his services again. We have a leak in a room underneath a flat roof. We think the roof was damaged during recent building works and would just like to repair it. Its quite a small job I think

At the moment it is not clear what the problem is and what work will be needed.
Contacted me very quickly and gave me a quote straight away. Unfortunately, he was the only tradesperson interested in the work so I have no way of knowing whether his quote was lower or higher than others but it seemed reasonable. After he had completed the job it rained extremely hard so his work has been well tested and there is not a hint of a leak remaining. He was pleasant and extremely reliable - excellent timekeeping - and I would certainly recommend him.
