We require a pre-purchase survey required on a roof before we finalise on the sale of a house. Our surveyor did not manage to view the roof and we need to find out the state of it and get a quote and for any work that will need to be done in the near or distant future.

Ladders are required to access the roof from our garden, some rubberized membrane has already been put down but the snow settled above the membrane and as it slowly melted water came through. the affected outside area is no more than a metre square.
They came the day after I was contacted-quoted and did the work straightaway. Very efficient and straightforward to deal with, tidy efficient and professional. Would definitely use again on other exterior projects.

We need to have our flat roof re-bitumened in a small corner area as we have had some water leaking through.

Have a leak I know it is coming from where one roof is meeting the roof of a window - leak is occurring in the lounge. this web site has asked me what the specialism is and wouldnt let me submit unless specified - i dont have a clue and put in what i thought it maybe Have tenants their - so will have to leave keys with agents (you will have to collect and drop off)
Very firendly and very helpfull, seems like a really honest person. We needed Roy to collect keys from our managing agents etc etc and he was happy to do whatever it took. Fantastic service - would use again and recommend to anyone.

The track down the centre of our 'London roof' is not steep enough so rain water builds up and leaks through the damaged felt and/or tiles into the roofspace and through the ceiling/light fittings into the bedroom.
Antony and his team were quick to come and see the issues and were in touch often to let us know when they could start work and answer all our questions. Their price was very competitive and they were able to complete the work in a day within 2 weeks of quoting. The work was to a very high standard and we will be getting them back to do more work on the roof.

I'm not sure
I have danp showing in the plaster work on one side of the join of a dormer window. The damp seems to concentrate at the apex of the join but there is evidence of damp along the majorityof the join. It is a tiled roof with lead flashing along the join of the window.
The guys were very clear about what they were going to do and what the cost would be. They were friendly, efficient and honest at all times. I would definitely use them again.

Hello there, I have a leak in the rear extension of my one bedroom flat caused by the guttering from the upper roof coming loose and the tiles becoming damaged as a result.
