"Quality: a bit difficult to verify as we had a leaky roof and now, theoretically we don't. We'll have to rely on London Fire Brigade armed with a pressure hose or the weather to prove that one for us (no major downfalls since job completed). As our surveyor (who cost 3 times as much) said when he checked out the property before we bought it, "I've looked at the roof through binoculars and it seems OK to me." Certainly very thorough and picked up all the odd jobs along the way (repairing a bit of guttering and replacing some cracked shingles on our wall). Value: I wasn't going to haggle over a really important job. A house with a leaky roof is a major liability. In return for the cost we got a very quick and very diligent roofer. Reliability: This is where NRS really came into its own. This guy works like a demon! Fastest roofer in the South (East of London). Would certainly use again, although hopefully won't need to, especially as he's given us a 10-year guarantee on the bits he's done."
