Bedroom in terraced house on top floor has leak caused by rain. The flat bay roof had new trims and cover flashing installed in Oct 2012 when leak was first discovered. Since then, the leak has returned and the job involves establishing where the leak comes from, either from flat bay roof or angled roof. No slates appear to be missing on inspection from loft.

I think the guttering in our house has a problem. For some reasons it's been leaking in the last half of year or so and the issue is getting worse. Given it's been sunny in the last couple of days, the leak has speeded up. I'm looking for a guttering specialist who can provide reasonable quote and will identify the problem very quickly.
The service was very good. After using couple of tradesman from rated people.com, i can say they offer one of the best price and were also reliable. I would recommend them to other homeowners who are looking for roof/guttering specialist.

Flat roof from extension built in 2005 leaks into kitchen in one particular spot whenever there's very heavy rain (like right now).
Similarly to previous customer, Mark dealt with leak in our flat roof extension. Again, one of these things, what he did may or may not work, but he said he'd be back if it didn't. Mark is a very pleasant person to deal with, extremely reliable and punctual. We felt his quote was fair and would not hesitate to call him again.

We need to replace the gutter over the entrance. This extends over the entrance to our neighbours house as well. We also need a dead rose bush removed from above this gutter. The roof tiles in this area will need to be refixed. I also need another gutter investigated as it is overflowing. It may only be blocked, but it could be damaged. This gutter is at the top of the house so a long ladder is needed.
Excellent communication. Very prompt in quoting, requoting, and in completing the job. Was friendly and patient throughout, even when I changed the job spec, which reduced the necessary work and the subsequent payment. I would use again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Just bought a new property and had an indepth roof survey. Below is the outcome we would like quoted for. I have photos if required: Replace the defective, chasing and pointing in, as required Rake out the defective pointing (mortar joints) of the chimney stacks to a depth of 12mm and re-point Overhaul the rear roof slopes, replacing missing slates and re-fixing slipped and dislodged slates as necessary Render the front left chimney stack Replace the cement fillet to the verges. Renew the ridge tiles to the top of the parapet wall, as necessary. Gain safe access to the guttering using a ladder, clean debris from guttering.
