rear pitched roof c 14sqm needs recovering in synthetic slate, some joists appear to need re-attaching to party wall, new guttering downpipe etc, cap off old chimneys and check coping stones on party wall
Quoted quickly, very cheap. Started work within 3 weeks of acceptance. The work was completed satisfactorily in the end, though i felt it had been initially rushed a little. I think they gave reasonable value for money.
