Budget Under £500

Job the flat roof is 10 m2 roughly and it needs felting. It has 6m up-stands. The actual roof is plied. there is a scaffolding in place in the building.

Comment Mr Jake Kelly carried out a very good job in my flat roof in London. He is professional, reliable and carried out the work despite the freezing weather condition. He is polite, clean and tidy when doing the job. The job was done very quickly and the result is just great. He came over on a Sunday to give me a quote and the job was done on Saturday. He is very flexible and knows what he is doing. He has the relevant experience in the job and works efficiently. Highly recommended. HAKI

Comment Still have to come back to put 2 more clips on, but otherwise the two lads did a brilliant job, left the area clean and tidy and removed all the rubbish. They even cleaned the drain out when some building rubble fell into it! They were clearly dedicated to their craft, and prided themselves on a job well done. Joan

Budget I'm not sure

Job The roof needs fixing so I guess you'd need ladders

Comment M&G roofing were excellent. Very professional quote with photos of the roof and the problems. They fixed it all over a couple of days and the price was very reasonable. They also didn't surprise me with any extras to add on and did a really good job. Definitely would recommend them. Marion

Budget I'm not sure

Job Initial replacement of broken tiles to restore water resistance currently broken tiles are causing a water leak. Will be loking to replace the entire area, so a quote for both will be required. Medium Back roof and small front. Please no time wasters.

He was very informative in terms of the job and material cost and how I could save money in the short term for the long term cost. Budget I'm not sure

Job Main roof is bowed, requires and inspection along an estimate on the cost to correct - maybe caused by previous water leak. Tradesman must be fully registered, approved and checked in the event of an insurance claim.

Comment I have found Stuart and his team to be reliable and accomodating for the duration of this project, his working methods were timely with all factors taken into consideration. The job was completed with 1 week when previous quotes extended the job for 2 weeks and beyond. He made sure that the work area was kept clean and tidy at the end of each working day. On the final removal of all scafolding he will complete a final inspection to ensure that the job is concluded satisfaction. All work undertaken thus far has been completed to my satisfaction... I fully intend to use his team for any future work I intend to undertake. Conny
