I'm not sure
Our slanted slate roof has been leaking gently since we had a Velux window installed. The leak is at the bottom of the roof. The end result is that we now have a damp patch on the wall's plaster. It may be possible to fix the leak just by leaning out of the Velux window (I've tried but failed to fix the leak!). It'd be great to get it done before Christmas if at all possible. It looks like it should be a pretty quick job but I'm not certain - I'm not a roofer!

The guttering at the front of a three storey building is leaking from a join. Needs repairing or replacing. The downpipe at the back of the building has also come away from the gutter and needs reattaching.
Did an Excellent job. Punctual, polite and quoted a very fair price. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

We have a leak from a join in our guttering, which is about 2nd floor level of a Victorian house that was renovated 3 years ago (ie the guttering should be quite new). The guttering may need cleaning too.
Incredibly prompt and proactive, so got the job done very quickly and with no fuss. Also seems very knowlegable and suggested further work that may need carrying out to avoid problems in the future. This could be seen as being pushy by some but he was not forceful about - just offering sound advice. Will use again.

My brick garden shed is 1.65m wide and on one side 2.40m long and on the other side 1.80m long. The roof is with slates on wooden beams. Water has been leaking in for some time and some of the wooden beams need to be replaced. I want two skylights or roof windows, so light is coming in from the top. Ideally I wanted a glas roof, but that might be way to expensive and/or need planning permission. But I am open to ideas. The slates can be reused I think. Updated : I suspect a repair will be enough to fix this problem Original : We have recently moved in to a new property, after some recent rain we noticed a small wet patch at the top of the stairs, on closer inspection water seems to have been seeping in to the loft space for sometime (a slow leak) at the valley where two roofs meet, I suspect the lining under the tiles may need patching up or the materials of the valley replaced.. Will need further inspection. As this seems to have been going on for sometime, we are not in any rush, but would like it sorted before real winter rain sets in..
