Louis was informative, helpful and prompt, and he found a creative solution to our guttering problem. I would certainly use him again.

To repair flashing between roof and chimney to stop a leak.
Daniel was prompt, efficient, polite, reasonable, and a pleasure to deal with. He arrived and diagnosed the problem immediately. He then returned very soon thereafter and fixed the problem, as well as identifying another potentail problem and fixing that. Photos were taken of all the work and emailed which was excellent as work couldnt be seen. It has rained since and all is well. I would definnitely recommend Daniel and use him again if needed. Excellent all round.

We have a loft conversion that is c. 20 years old. We have recently found a couple of small damp spots in the ceiling, half way into the room, below the apex of the roof - below the tiled roof, not the flat extension at the back. We have no access to the ceiling void, so need someone to get onto the roof, identify and repair the issue.
Mark was a pleasure to deal with. He came round to quote promptly, and when we chose him he got on with the job quickly and efficiently. Will definitely contact him if we have any other roofing issues.

It seems as 2 or more slates have come away from the roof and need replacing. Last time a piece of lead flashing came adrift and was fixed for under £100, so hoping a similar budget is appropriate.
Absolutely brilliant! Contacted me a few hours after I posted the job and came the next day to undertake the work. Excellent communications using mobile to keep me posted of arrival time. Once on site quickly assessed what needed to be done and despite the cold/rain efficiently proceeded to complete the work. This involved replacing a missing tile and re-positioning a lead flashing that together with the missing tile had exposed an area of roof around a dormer window. Would certainly use Adam and colleague again.

My roof is leaking and causing damage on my bedroom ceiling.
SW19 were hired to fix my leaking roof. Once the job was completed they demanded immediate payment and provided me with a five year guarantee. Two days later it rained and the roof leaked as before. They were called and explained to me that the problem was more complicated than they had first thought and would require scaffolding and a lot more money. They have not returned my call or my money, clearly the guarantee is worthless. I am in the same position as when I started, only poorer.

Guttering at front of a victorian terraced house is overflowing during heavy rain. We need the guttering inspected and all blockages removed. Guttering to be repaired or replaced if required.
Ian was punctual and reliable, completing a very good job. Cleaned up afterwards and removed all rubbish. I would have no hesitation in recommending Ian for similar jobs.

I have a flat roof over my kitchen which leaked slightly the other day when it rained and is not leaking quite badly (it is currently raining quite hard). I am guessing it has a crack in it somewhere which needs repairing and perhaps the gutters need cleaning to allow the standing water to clear?
Mark contacted me within minutes of posting my job which was a leaking roof on a Sunday night in the middle of a downpour. He went out of his way to help and came round quickly and resolved the issue at a very reasonable cost given the circumstances, and also followed up promptly with some other helpful advice. Really happy with the service, they totally helped out and would recommend them to anyone.
