A tile has slipped and requires fixing back in place. General inspection.
MJC Building Contractors phoned me to arrange a visit to give me a quote. They arrived when they said they would! They inspected the roof, took photo's and explained clearly what required doing. I asked questions about my Bay window roof & where my roof joins next door, they explained that it was how it should be which gave me confidence they where honest and not looking to make extra work through my lack of roofing knowledge. They where friendly, polite and did a great job at a good price. Would Recommend!Tim
Have water coming down inside of cavity when raining with strong wind. Suspected failure of felt at roof edges. Require fitting of eaves trays to affected area, and possible (subject to good quote) fit/replacement of roofline fascias, trays, guttering etc in UPVC round whole roof as part of the same job. House is a 1920's semi, so very high, will require some decent access equipment, hence why not attempting DIY! Must have availability soon. Good chance of future work on garage roof too if good job done.
Really good - did a good job, were flexible, kept in contact when bad weather required rescheduling, decent value for money. I would recommend them.Chris

Looking for someone to give an estimate for Dry verge lining roof edging caps
Hi. During the windy days this week we have had a tile fall from the roof and are looking to have it replaced. I have attached an image.
We have a leak at the top of our house. We thought it was a problem with the flashing around the old chimney stack above where the water appears to be coming in. We have had the flashing replaced but the water ingress is still a problem.
Investigate leaks and make good
I have a damp patch in a bedroom which I am guessing is caused by loose/missing roof tiles
