"PM replaced all our roof tiles, and the job seemed at first to have been done quickly and efficiently. However, it proved very difficult to get them back to fix some guttering that had been broken during the job and they still have not been back to tidy up debris they left on the roof and on top of our bay windows. The job appeared to have been well done until our neighbours noticed that water was leaking into their loft. PM were informed, but failed to come out to resolve the problem, and eventually another roofer fixed it. PM then offered to cover the costs, but have not done so, and now refuse to answer the phone or respond to dozens of phone messages. We still have their junk on top of our bay windows and roofing nails falling off our roof. The guarantee they eventually provided had no description of the work done and was not dated, and so has no value whatsoever. Hugely disappointed with the company. Phill - if you're reading - we feel really let down."
