"Mark & Steve were hard-working, no-nonsense, easy to get along with and did everything asked of them, even doing their best to avoid trampling a favourite plant just where the ladder foot needed to go. Reduced the quote when some of the work was found to be unnecessary and didn't up it again when an unexpected job cropped up (tho, to be fair, I did help with some of the painting!). Thoroughly deserved all their mugs of tea and biscuits plus a final treat of bacon butties! I'd be happy to ask them back for any future roof maintenance."
