"Shane initially turned up on time and fixed the job (even spotted some extra work on the capping that he did at no extra cost). However 7 months down the line roof started to leak again, after missing two arranged appointments to rectify the problem wasting both mine and my wife’s time waiting in for him, and chasing him up with phone calls he is now not answering my calls. The "All work guaranteed" statement seems to means nothing, would have preferred him just to be honest with me instead of stringing me along as since I have been trying to contact him the internal plaster work is now starting to damage. I have to now get another builder in at additional coat. Not impressed at wasting £200 and my time on SLP Roofing. Hopefully SLP roofing can just be straight with their customers next time and say “sorry, the work I’ve done is not guaranteed.” Instead of arranging fake visits. I may add more to this once I have my roof is inspected so I can comment on workmanship of SLP repairs. "
