"Came to a day that suited both me and Lee (RKB). Lee assessed the job and completed it with no fuss and on the second day we agreed. The weather was an issue for the original day set - which is understandable given the job was outside and on top of a roof. Lee's assessment was based on my brief of a leak into the back bedroom - he repaired and cleaned flashings and replaced a couple of broken and slipped tiles. The total repair came in on budget. All good so far but won't know for sure until we have some torrential rain (which I'm sure will happen). If you don't hear anything from me here, then all will be cool. My star ratings aren't working for some reason but I would have rated Lee 4 stars for his reliability and meeting expectations. Nice one Lee. Thanks. Mark"
