Budget Under £250

Job Need the flat roof edging wood/fascia replaced on my extension. Depending on the cost, may need also the replacement guttering fitted to the board also.

Comment Paul came promptly after making contact and assessed the work (Friday), he reviewed my requirements popped estimate through the door on the Sunday. Although I had several others to view the work and provide estimates, Paul won with his initial contact and I decided to continue with him - the price was over my initial budget, but this was more down to my perception on cost, rather than an unfair price, I believe. He and his colleague did a great job on time/budget - very professional - would recommend. Gerard

Budget I'm not sure

Job With sustained rainfall I get a build-up of water running down underneath the tiles on the front of my dormer bungalow. I then get a stream of water coming down through the window surround onto the window-sill and onto the carpet.

Comment I have no reservations in recommending CDG Roofing. Chris responded to my ad promptly, came and gave me a very reasonable quotation the next day and was able to offer me a slot in his schedule the same week while the weather was fine. He and his colleague turned up promptly, did a very thorough job and cleaned up completely after themselves. They even took photographs of the work they did as they went along so that they could explain exactly what they had disccovered when they took the tiles off my roof. They have solved my leaky roof problem efficiently and with a smile. What more could anyone ask for? Tony
