Job We have a water stain coming through our ceiling/wall. We think it might be from the flashing around the chimney or from a leak in the roof. Could you please come round to see what the problem is and provide an estimate? I know it's short notice, but I'm hoping you can come round today - as I'll be away for 2 weeks from tomorrow

Job Work to left and right valleys of the front gable above a bay window: - Strip out tiles adjacent to both valleys. - Renew felt and battens where water has penetrated (damaged timber beneath has already been repaired). - Supply and fit new lead valleys, welting sides. - Re-tile valleys, cutting in tiles in open-cut fashion, bedding in cement and pointing in.

Job Guttering is leaking in 3 places: a) On corner of house at the front outside 1st floor bedroom - repair needed b) At back of house above 1st floor back bedroom, I think because this guttering is blocked as I can see a plant growing out of the top of it! (N.B a long set of ladders is needed to get to it due to there being a single storey lean-to across the back of the house) c) Guttering along the single storey lean-to at the back of the house is leaking - repair needed

Comment Mo is a very professional, polite and punctual workman with a can do attitude. He called within 20 minutes of me posting the job, came within a day and quoted a fair price, then returned a few days later (on a Sunday which was perfect) to undertake the guttering repairs. The job took longer than anticipated as Mo needed to pop out to get some extra parts but he did not complain once, was very thorough and nothing was too much trouble for him. I would highly recommend Mo to anyone and would certainly use him again. Alison
