We are coming to the tail end of a house refurb (we live in a terraced house) and have discovered a leaking roof. Our current builder believes that the concrete copings and/or leadwork near the chimney have failed. We are unsure what the actual problem is; at the moment, you can see daylight from within the loft near the chimney, and we have water damage on interior walls. This is a time-sensitive repair -- we need the roof issue assessed and repaired asap, preferably within the next week.
We were incredibly pleased with the job that Aplex did for us. They were tidy, quick, and competent, which was very reassuring. When we encountered another leak in our home (from a separate issue), we didn't hesitate in getting in touch so that they could fix it.

ladders or tower required as repointing chimney stack on 2 bedroom detached house. Additional secondary supports/struts required to support roof as not put in when roof type changed. Repointing to hip and tiles & replace slipped/damaged tiles. Check flashing. Clear main roof of moss.
Cracked on with all the work and explained exactly what needed to be done. Knew his stuff and made me feel confident about his work. Would recommend.
