Very nice gang working on site. Polite and always willing to answer my questions. the craftsmanship is excellent. Lead roofer on site certainly knows his stuff. Although, communication with the main office/Managing Director, Jason, could have been a little better at times. But end off day, I have a good, solid, reliable roof which was my main aim. I would definatelly recommend this Company.

Plastic gutter has come apart at a join and slid apart leaving a gap of about an inch. Needs to be slid together and joined up.

recent leak at back on flat roof over extension, possible recovering? also small leak at front over bay windows may be the leading.
Vince was excellent - knew exactly what he was doing, was on time and did a few extra jobs for me while he was here - nothing too much trouble. Will definately be using him again...

Our kitchen roof has lots of moss growing over it. Had a roofer come round and look to see if it was a simple job to remove moss. He said it was, but found lots of faults with the roof, such as laid wrong, ripped and rotten edges. The lead flush between the back of the roof and the first floor wall was wrong apparently because it was one long sheet of lead, instead of smaller pieces that would give it strength. He also stated that a couple of the beams under the roof seemed to have gone, and lastly the current roof has just be tacked down over the top of the last roof and not fitted correctly.
I'm looking for second opinions, if in fact all that work does need to be done then I'm happy for the work to be done.
