He have a small hole in the valley flashing of the roof at the front of our 3 bed semi in North Harrow (HA2). I can see a tiny hole from inside the loft (all discovered after investigating a damp bedroom ceiling). Please can you quote a price for repair. Many thanks

Coroded hopper has 3 pipes leading into it. The cast iron hopper itself if coroded and it looks like the downpipe is too. Needs replacing. Pipework above hopper is okay.
Monir responded to my posting within an hour and arrived 30 minutes later to give me a quote. I liked that he was polite, considerate and very thorough in his examination of what was needed. Monir was knowleagable and was able to provide a quote immediately. I never say yes to a tradesman on the spot but responded later that evening once I'd considered all the quotes. Monir was available to do the work at 3pm the next afternoon. He arrived exactly on time and got on with the job. Monir was extremely considerate. He offered to take off his shoes when walking through the house and made sure there was no mess at all at the end of the job. He took away all rubbish including old pipes, etc. He even offered to prune back a plant that had grown too close to the downpipe that could have easily been classed as "not my job". I was very impressed by Ready Build limited and would not hesitate to use them again.

I chose someone else, all it came down to was personality. His price was good and I'm sure his work would have been good too. He answered any questions well. As I say just personality.

- What ype of tiles will be used? - Is the removal of old material including skip included in the price? - 3 bed end terrace mock tudor house. There is one velux window.
The job Rajeev and his guys did was very good. It took a while to get started, but that was mainly due to poor weather, as we had the work done during Feb/March 2010. However, once the job was started the guys turned up on time and worked all day, and had finished within a week. Overall I would recommend these guys.

Front of semi detached houses channel between two gable roofs and down pipe seem to be the problem also guttering to side of house needs to be checked.
These people are fast, efficient, professional and obliging. They contacted me on the day I posted my request and came to see me the same day.....they do live quite close! I will definitely use them again and have no hesitation in recommending them!

Victorian house, leak occurred through ceiling near chimney stack after heavy rain earlier in the year but no repeat experienced. Further separate leaking through one sash window during very heavy rain at back of the house Repair work required to avoid leaks occuring again as well as general maintenance. Expect work is required to check and replace damaged tiles, repair/replace flashing, repair hips and capping chimney stacks.
