Job We have a leaking roof, which we believe may need replacing/repairing. We need a tradesman to examine the roof and recommend a course of action to fix the leak / replace the roof.

Job Water is leaking thru the roof and into our bedroom. The chimney is directly above our bedroom so we believe there must be some tiles missing as the leak only happens when it rains. We need someone to come and take a look at the chimney

Job Access to rear roof is via flat roof of ground floor extension. Area of felt that needs replacing is about 3m x 60cm

Job 1. Front guttering - water leaking onto main wall 2. Chimney stack on extension at rera and where tiled roof meets main back wall need to be resealed.
