Job The existing flat roof is about 18m2 covering an attic conversion with one dormer window to the rear and another dormer to the side with part flat, part sloping roof over the internal stairs to the attic bedroom. The work requires the stripping of the existing polyester felt, removing the existing decking and replacing with marine ply or timber and re-covering with EPDM. New lead flashing will also be required where the flat roof joins the chimney stack.

Comment Ryan and the team provided a competant service in replacing a flat roof decking and covering with EPDM. I had the opportunity to photograph the work as it progressed and the end result was satisfactory. Time will tell as to the efficacy of the sealing strips and whether the small voids and bumps in the decking substrata will shorten the life of the EPDM. A very good job was done by Steve on the ridge tiles and the site was left clean and tidy with exception of a small missed gutter that was full of debris. The team worked very hard without a break. I would use them again for similar work. Tony

Budget I'm not sure

Job There is a small leak coming through the roof when ever it rains into the attic which is then dripping into one of the bedrooms. It is more than likely because a tile needs to be replaced in the roof. I would like someone to have a look to investigate and provide me with a quote.
