Updated : Approx 8 meters. Work needed ASAP. Original : Remove down pipe at the front of the house and realign guttering all way round to down pipe at the back of the house.

A drainage pipe from our flat roof is leaking into the house. Everytime it rains, the water follows the outside of the pipe through to the ground floor. It has started peeling the wallpaper on our landing. There are large puddles inside the house. For now, we just want the roof / pipe to be made water tight.
We had a leak in our roof that needed to be fixed fast. Constantin started work pretty much immediately, was very honest and gave a very fair price. We'll hopefully use him again to fix the water damage. Highly recommended.

Rainwater pipes dislocated in one area. Also, leak on one side and possible leak on other. 3 floor house and this is one third floor at back of house. conservatory in the back so not easy to reach even with ladder.
My roof guttering had a few leaks. Steve came round for a quote fairly shortly after I posted the job. His quote was very reasonable and he did the job to my satisfaction the following week (job was not big and some tradesmen would not have bothered). His service was was prompt & friendly. He also fixed an additional leak at no extra cost. Decent and honest guy and will definitely use again if I have a roofing problem. Highly recommended. MM
