just had loft insulation upgraded and have been advised that I need to upgrade the airflow to the loft by drilling air holes in the front and back soffit boards and adding grilles
Dean was extremely professional and worked really hard. He had arranged to come and do the job, however on the day it had snowed really heavily overnight. Undeterred, Dean still managed to get to us and do the job to a very high standard. I will definitely use his company again

Repair of mortar bed under the edge of the tiles lapping onto the valley gutter. It has perished leading to water coming through into upstairs hall ceiling. I would like this repaired and a general check and possible repair if required on other areas of the roof which may perish in the near future. There is also an option to quote for repair of the internal ceiling ( Asbestos free) which will require new plaster board, replaster of ceiling and painting of ceiling and wall. I am however happy to receive a quote for the roof only.

Roofer needed to look at our guttering, it may just cleaning, or possibly fixing. It has been overflowing and running down the side of our house and is causing damp. We live in a flat on the 1st floor. So a ladder would be needed.
