Remove existing ashphalt roof on dormer room and replace with same. Surface area to cover = 380cm x 280cm. Scaffolding all ready in place. Job to be done asap. Therefore as well as quote please let me know the soonest date this work can be done. Thanks, Greg

The concrete roof is approx 3m x 3m and currently has no additional treatment/covering. No specific materials requested for job. Ladders\scaffolding will be required. We have received one quote for £460.

I live in a semi-detached property on the south side of harrogate. have slate roof with a couple of slates missing. I also have a stretch of guttering and downpipe that needs replacing. I need a roofer to replace the slates and guttering. I also need some scaffolding erecting down the side of the property as I need some upstairs windows and the facia board painting (and these are above a ground floor side extension). The scaffolding would be needed to replace the tiles, so I'm hoping to kill two birds with one stone. The scaffolding would probably need to be in place for a week.
