"Initially Mr Barker was very good, phoned and arranged to go look at the work, called again from the roof, great. Then no quote arrived and continued to not arrive, despite calling his office , his mobile, and e-mailing him to ask for the quote as this was around the time of the post strike. Not a reliable service, and a pity since having spoken to Mr barker I would have selected his company to do the work. The job has gone to another company."
