I'm not sure
Water leaking in around base of chimney and it needs some lead flashing put in. Also the roof needs to have a couple of tiles replaced.
Fantastic service, good quality work, reasonable rates and work carried out extremely expediently. Well recommended.

I'm not sure
I have two broken slates on my roof which need replacing. Felt under slates is ok and there are no leaks.
It is a modern house (15 years old).
Great job, and very fast. Job was within 24 hours of first contact. Recommended.

there is a flat roof on a dorma loft extension (approx size200x300mm). There are small leaks appearing in it - highlighted by recent snowy weather, and some of the current surface is coming away. Ideally I would like a fix to this problem; either replacing the roof altogether or ensuring it will be dry for the next lot of bad weather.

We have water running under the roof tiles on the felt. The water has found its way to a small piece of mortar that had become trapped on a horizontal batten causing the felt to rot around the mortar and drip down onto the plasterboard and into the bedroom below. When I investigated I touched the bulge in the felt where the water was seeping through and the felt disintigrated leaving a hole. I've managed to make a temporary fix, but obviously want to find the source of the water and get the roof watertight. Another job is that we have just 3x2" joists in the loft, I would be interested to get a quote to reinforce/add new joists and board out and increase the depth of insulation, but potientially in the future carry out a full loft conversion. The house is a 1963 semi detached.
