I need some repair work to my chimney stack. The pots need re-cementing, 4 bricks need to be replaced. And the lead flashing needs to be done. It is a terraced house in Abington Northampton.
Richard has done an excellent job on my chimney, i will be useing him for future work and can not recommend him highly enough. First class.

We have a second floor dormer window and the sides are covered in wooden planking which we want to replace with uPVC. This is at the front of the building. To the rear of the building we have a small area of gutter which is not sufficiently wide to take the rainfall and overfloors in heavy rain. We want this to be replaced to avoid this happening Our budget is c. £ 750.00 tops.
We recommend Richard unreservedly. Lovely man, super job and even returned during the week to finish off the painting. He should be doing all the roofing in Northampton. We will definitely be passing on his details! Thank you Richard - a real gem!

bedroom ceiling shows signs of leak which must becoming from roof as no pipes in that area
seemed efficient and carried out other items while there. Pleased with result.

I'm not sure
Plastic guttering about 12ft in length needs realignment - or replaced - wood behind may need replacement. Guttering drains rainwater poorly- Downpipe from Main roof needs part replacement- hole about 2 inches at joint visable -
Dissapointing ++ John has not returned my calls or returned to finish the work properly- he was paid cash and has not provided a receipt in spite of many requests -The Guttering is not draining the roof properly and we wll have to get some-one else to adjust it - so not recommended.

Gutter above the front door leaks all the time. Paid a man a small amount to fix it and now it pours down the front of the house
I rang, somebody was around the next day to quote and the job was completed the following day. Fabulous, just the kind of service people need. I have passed your name on to my neighbour and to another friend.
This is the third time this job has been done, but the first time that it has been done properly. We don't mind the rain so much now.
