Bay window roof needs releading, flat roof prefer lead to felt, duble bay ist floor front of house.
Chris arrived on time, quoted correctley, turned up for the job, did works as agreed. The weather heavy rain and so on tested roof, the work done has not let us down , so far so good!

I need someone to inspect the general state of a roof on a property I am in the process of buying.
The state of the roof is such that many tiles are discoloured and in a poor/fair state but no evidence internally of any leakage.
The tiles are probably the original 1937 ones from when first built.
I need someone to assess the whole roof and give me a quote. if it is worse than just a re-tile i would like to know the worst case scenario regarding price.
The house size is a three bed mid terrace.
