Budget Under £2,000

Job Large flat slightly slopping roof on a single story brick workshop needs replacing. The size of the building is about the same as a double garage. The facia boards need replacing and perhaps the guttering only needs re-locating. I think the roof timbers are OK however I might need to listen to your advice on this before a final estimate is agreed. Remove present roof, replace with good quality felt roof with 10 year written warrenty. Remove wast from site.

Comment JFE (Bob Edmiston) was a very personable character, prompt with the re roofing. However he has still to give me the 20 year guarentee certificate on the Firestone roof. I have been unable to contact him at any of the numbers and like wise this organisation.So I am unsure of whether have a rated job or not as I have no way of gaining recompense should this £1200 roof leak in the next 20 years! Hence my reason for not-rating trustworthiness as he has not sent on the guarentee as he promised. Annie
