Budget Under £500

Job Loss adjuster for the insurance came round last week and has discovered that I have 1 tile missing from the front roof which is causing water to come into the property but I also have approx 4-5 tiles missing from the back, no water damage to the property has been noticed, Insurance company will not cover the damage as they class it to being wear and tear.

Comment i had someone come out and give me a quote. They said they would do the job and they never turned up when they said and never rang me either to say they couldn't make it. I would not recommend then to anyone. I had to get someone else to the job. Mark
