Job Water has come through wall in two spots, after was blanketed in snow, upstairs room. Need quote for roof check and any work/repairs (tile may have slipped),

Both quotes combined still came in under what I was expecting to pay. The job from start to finish was done quickly, efficiently, honestly and to the high standards we all demand. Budget Under £500

Job roof leaking on corner, flat roof is on a garage extension, leak covering around 1/6 of roof and getting bigger, extension is on a garage with a normal tiled roof, looks like this is a repair not a complete replacement.

Budget Under £100

Job I'm after a quote for re-fixing a few slate tiles on to my roof. One has fallen off completely, I still have the tile but I'm not sure if it's any good. The other tile appears to have slipped down the roof and is sitting in the guttering.

Budget Under £1,000

Job I have recently purchased a new house. In the survey it stated the cement fillet at the junction between my roof and the neighbours to the left is cracked and could allow for water penetration. The recent wet spell has let some water seep through from the roof and loft and into my second bedroom I would imagine this would just be a case of repairing the cracks etc to stop any more seepage from entering the house and would hopefully not be a massive job.
