I was cleaning out the guttering in my 3 story terrace house and I noticed that sections of the lead around the gutter (as well as the pitched roof over the bay window has come out and some of the pointing would need to be repaired. Additionally some of the guttering leaks where it connects with the neighbouring houses gutters (mine is old metal-neighbours is plastic and the join is terrible) So I would like to get a quote on repairing/replacing the guttering around the house (though I think at the rear of the house it is OK).
Very pleased with the work so far. Initially very prompt in quoting for the job and made suggestions of other different inventive solutions. I will have to wait for the rain to judge if the repairs have worked but if there still is a problem have been told that will be addressed. Have already requested for another quote of work to be done for some plaster work.
